One thing I really enjoy about working for the largest real estate brokerage on the planet is all of the data we have available to us. Here is a great example of that data in action.
This is a Coldwell Banker eMarketing Analytics Report and it shows us where home buyers are coming from. As you can see from the data that ColdwellBankerHomes.com showed up 100 million times in Google searches over the last month. That translated to 7.3 million visits and 10.8 million listings viewed, just in September alone.
Part of the reason is because Coldwell Banker has more offices and more agents in more locations than any other. This means Coldwell Banker has more homes listed in more locations that just about any other. Which of course means Coldwell Banker has the data that most home buyers are looking for when they go online, so it is natural that we would show up in so many searches.
34% of our leads/inquiries come from our own websites, no far behind Zillow which generates 50%. In addition to all that traffic on our own websites, Coldwell Banker has negotiated with Zillow and numerous other 3rd party sites for premium placement of our listings on those sites.
When you listed your home you don’t always know where the buyer is coming from, so doesn’t it make sense to list it with an agent and brokerage that promotes your home as many ways as possible? Of course it does. If you or someone you know is thinking of selling give me a call and in a few minutes I can show you what Coldwell Banker can do for you and how we can put our strength to work maximizing the exposure of your house.
