Another great Vista home sold by Casey Cooke! This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of selling this home. The first time the previous owners S & C were referred to me by a mutual acquaintance. After meeting with me and a few others they decided to hire me and we were able to get the home sold promptly. That was about 5 years ago and I represented the seller, not the buyer. Fast forward to August of 2018 and the new owner decided she wanted to sell the home and move out of state. She met with two agents that were personally referred to her but neither were a match. She remembered that I had done a good job when I sold it before so she called on me. We got the home listed promptly and before even hitting the market were able to find just the right buyer through another agent. Here is the main description I wrote for the MLS(Multiple Listing Service). This is the description most people see as it is the one picked up by Zillow and other sites and cannot exceed 510 characters including spaces and punctuation.
