Casey Cooke and his support team serve the needs of North San Diego County residents on a full-time basis. Casey consistently ranks as a top selling agent both locally and internationally.

Since 2008 Casey has sold over 450 homes! Most real estate agents sell 3 to 5 homes per year or less and a “good” agent may sell 10 to 15. This means Casey has roughly 5x more experience than the average agent and roughly double the experience of most “good” agents. Real estate is a profession where little advanced training is provided and most learning is done on the job. It is critical that both buyers and sellers choose an agent to work with that has ample skills and experience to represent them properly.


Casey works with both buyers and sellers but specializes in listing homes for sale and over half of his business is working directly with sellers. Casey has developed a comprehensive marketing plan that positions the home for maximum appeal, and then showcases the home to the broadest audience, which maximizes buyer traffic and achieves the highest price the market will bear.


Casey was originally educated at UCSD with a degree in Biology. Since entering Real Estate he has completed more ongoing education classes and seminars than most other Realtors do over the life of their career. Casey has earned designations as a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyer Specialist, and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource).


Casey works with both buyers and sellers, but his specialty is really in helping home sellers. Casey has extensive experience marketing homes for top dollar, working with equity home sellers to help them move up or downsize, and helping distressed homeowners with Short Sales.

On the buying side Casey typically works with repeat buyers and past clients as well as referrals from past clients. One of the keys to getting an offer accepted on a hot property in a competitive market is writing a strong offer with terms appealing to the seller. There is more to the offer than just price. It is important for a buyer’s agent to get at the seller’s needs and speak to them directly through both the price and terms of the offer.
